Muts r us Terms and Conditions

• All pet Boarding bookings are subject to a 50% deposit payable in advance to secure your place. Half of the deposit is refundable if you cancel more than 72 hours before the start of a booking.

• Muts r us will not handle dangerous pets.

• Pets must be sociable with other dogs and children.

• Muts r us also ask that your pet/s are in general good health.

• Should any veterinary advice or treatment be necessary during your absence, no matter hows they incurred, you will be entirely responsible for the bill.

• Please advise if any bitch is in season before commencement of booking.

• You must advise Muts r us of any behavioural problems, traits or vices your dog may have before they stay.

• All dogs will remain on the lead unless Muts r us are confident that the dog will do a recall and a prior agreement has been reached and written permission has been received.

• The normal exercise time will be 60 minutes during the slot booked; Muts r us reserve the right to use personal judgment to cut short a walk which would be in the best interests of the safety of your dog (e.g. weather conditions, injury, age of dog etc.)

• No more than 4 dogs will be walked together by one handler on a group walk.

• Muts r us reserve the right to decline/terminate a booking in any circumstances.

• Your dog is welcome to bring with them their favourite toy etc, to make your dog feel more at home but Muts r us cannot take any responsibility for the loss or damage to these items.

• You must provide your pets own food for the duration of their stay and their own bed and bedding.

  You should notify your neighbours and your home insurance company that Muts r us will be visiting the property in your absence.

• Muts r us offer a free pick up and drop off service within a 2-mile radius.
